Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Return Process

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card payments: refunded to the same card.

  • Local payment methods (e.g., UAE bank transfers): refunded to the original bank account.
